Integrative Psychotherapy is a talking treatment which examines the underlying causes of your difficulties to bring about lasting change. It incorporates active engagement with the main psychotherapy traditions:
• Humanistic – the interpersonal relationship as its experienced ‘in the room’.
• Psychodynamic – the unconscious and early years.
• The Body – the physical experience of the emotions, including what we know from neuroscience and attachment studies.
• Transpersonal – the experience beyond our material one and the impact of the social and political environment on our development and our relationships.
During the sessions, I offer a calm and confidential space to help you feel safe to talk openly and at your own pace about yourself and your life.
Exploring your early life experiences.
Understanding how your adult life has unfolded.
Looking at how you relate to your therapist as this may have links to other relationships.
If you feel that psychotherapy may be right for you and would like to explore working together, you’re welcome to get in touch.
